Tracking and monitoring progress of implementation of the consultant contract.
Reviewing and approval of consultant’s designs, project studies and reports, as well as ancillary services contracts and sending them to employers inorder to approve projects and their studies.
Reviewing and approval of contracts related to the service guarantees and settlement services.

Announcing the start of second phase of the project advisor, signed by the employer.
Performing actions for the projects referred to ancillary services
Tracking and controlling the contract of the project consultant, ancillary services consultants and controlling studies progress.
Co-ordination meetings with the client and consultants, according to project manager or as requested by the consultants to evaluate strategic decisions for the continuation of studies and reports, along with the minutes and notifing it to be executed.
Verifying consultants bills for the employer to sign and issue payment orders.
Reviewing and approval of design calculations and reports and consulting projects and contracts, auxiliary services to a client for approval and notification of approval
Studying consultant’s proposed program and approving it after the necessary co-ordinations with the employer.
Preparing tender documents for the proposed method and manner of performing the work, the consultant confirmed after coordination with the employer.
Investigating and approving the estimation of the cost of the execution of the design and tender documents prepared by the consultant and client approval conveyed to the consultant.
Reviewing and approving a list of inventory materials and equipments needed for the project, prepared by the consultant.
Evaluating and approval of the releasing contract guarantees and settlement services.
